Adrenalene

part infinite, part human

No amount of guilt can change the past and no amount of worrying can change the future. Go easy on yourself, for the outcome of all affairs is determined by God’s decree. If something is meant to go elsewhere it will never come your way but if it is yours by destiny from you it cannot flee.

I have come to the frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element. It is my personal approach that creates the climate. It is my daily mood that makes the weather. I possess tremendous power to make life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration, I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal. In all situations, it is my response that decides whether a crisis is escalated or de-escalated, and a person is humanized or de-humanized. If we treat people as they are, we make them worse. If we treat people as they ought to be, we help them become what they are capable of becoming.

destinationjannah:

Day 71
Name: Al-Mu’akhkhir
Allah is the delayer.
If Allah were to punish us for our bad actions there would not be a creature left on earth. Imagine every time you committed a sin, Allah punished you? Can you even imagine? We as a human race would not even have an existence. But Allah defers his punishment until an appointed time.
“And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for their wrongdoing, He would not have left upon the earth any creature, but He defers them for a specified term. And when their term has come, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it].” 16:61
Look at the Rahma of Allah. If someone were to impose harm on you, we naturally we get the back immediately but when dealing with Allah, Allah delays his punishment allowing us more time to repent. Allah delays his punishment on us and gives us every second of the day to repent in order for him not to punish us. Allah does not want to punish us, this is a HUGE misconception that Allah is an angry being that wants to punish everyone. Allah does not want to punish anyone, Allah is Al-Mu’akhkhair, Allah delays his punishment in order for him not to punish us.

You don’t develop courage by being happy in your relationships everyday. You develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity.

The Beauty of Islam: The Light of God

thebeautyofislam:

What is the moon without the sun?

The moon itself cannot produce its own light, we should not be able to see it at all

The moon is completely dependent on the sun, without it

The moon loses its luminosity and remains a dull object with no purpose to fulfill

Similarly, we are mere creations…
